Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using BKE CLUB, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BKE CLUB. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. By using the app you confirm you meet these requirements.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your login secure, and use one account for yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Community rules

• Be decent to other riders. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
• No spam, scams, or advertising that isn't a real local ride or event.
• Post only photos and content you have the right to share.
• No impersonating other people or pretending to represent BKE CLUB.
• Don't upload malware, scrape the app, or try to break its security or other members' privacy.

Rides and your safety

Cycling is inherently risky. You ride at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety. Always wear a helmet, obey traffic laws, ride within your ability, and use your own judgment about road, weather, and trail conditions.

BKE CLUB is a community platform. We do not organize, lead, supervise, or insure group rides, and we are not responsible for the conduct of members or organizers. Routes and ride details are shared by members and may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsafe — check them yourself before you ride.

GPS tracking can be imperfect. Do not look at or interact with the app while riding; pull over first.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store, display, and resize your content so the app can show it to the members you shared it with. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Third-party services

Some features rely on other services, such as Apple or Google sign-in, maps, and optional ride sync to Intervals.icu. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk. You can delete your own account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BKE CLUB is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or from any ride you take part in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and let you know in the app. Continuing to use BKE CLUB means you accept the updated terms.
